Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for all transactions, which means they handle payment processing, receipts, and tax compliance. Your card details are entered directly on Lemon Squeezy's secure platform — DuNous never sees or stores your raw payment credentials.

DuNous only receives a webhook notification (order ID, amount, currency, and your name/email) confirming whether the transaction was successful. This notification is verified using an HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic signature to ensure it genuinely came from Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy processes your data under their own Privacy Policy.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

We retain your contact and enquiry information for up to 3 years to support any follow-up on a project. Payment records (order ID, amount, confirmation) are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).
